The IQ Series stainless steel dosing capsules are a great addition and can be used for easy loading on the go, dosage metering, keeping the oven cleaner or even conserving herb.

This 304 stainless steel dosing capsule holds up to .3g of flower, concentrate or a combination thereof. This threaded dosing capsule will make loading on the go a breeze, and due to the thermal properties of steel, the stainless steel dosing capsule heats up 16% faster than the ceramic version.

DaVinci's Stainless Steel Dosing Capsules pair well with the Dosing Capsule Herb Grinder which can fill all six of these capsules as you grind.

What temperature settings are available?

The EQ offers two modes: 

  • Precision Temperature Mode: Set any temperature from 450-650°F (232-343°C). The temperature remains constant throughout your session for optimal flavor consistency. 

The default temperature is 550°F (288°C) or your last set precision temperature. 

  • Smart Path™ Mode:  

 Choose from 4 customizable paths. Default Smart Paths are: 

  • Atomic: 600-620°F (316-327°C) 
  • Clouds: 560-580°F (293-394°C) 
  • Flavor: 520-540°F (271-282°C) 
  • Terpene: 480-500°F (249-260°C) 

 You can customize the paths, duration and name under the settings screen.  

What's the best way to load concentrates?

You have two options:

  • Cold Start: Load concentrates into the quartz crucible before turning on the heater for more flavorful, smoother vapor as terpenes are individually expressed
  • Hot Start: Load concentrates once the crucible is hot for higher strength vapor

Use the included loading tool and avoid overloading the crucible

How do I turn the device on/off?

Click the Command Button 5 times to power the EQ on or off. The device automatically shuts down after 5 minutes of inactivity or when the battery becomes critically low.

How much water should I add to the Jacuzzi bubbler?

Fill the bubbler no more than halfway up. Always remove the bubbler from the base before filling to avoid water damage. Use clean or distilled water for best performance and replace regularly.

How do I charge my EQ?  

Connect the provided USB-C cable to the port on the side of the base. The EQ charges at 5V and up to 2A, taking approximately 2-3hours for a full charge.
